Vicky discovered reflexology's profound benefits 20 years ago in London, finding relief from back and shoulder tension accumulated during her recruitment career. Trained at the London School of Reflexology by expert Louise Keet, she holds a Level 3 Diploma and continues advanced training across the UK, specialising in facial reflexology and maternity reflexology.
Dedicated to deep relaxation and stress relief, Vicky expanded her skills to include Indian Head Massage and Full Body Massage, emphasising tension release in the neck, shoulders, and back. With a focus on teenagers, she volunteers as a reflexology advisor for local schools, aiming to reduce stress and anxiety in young people.
As a member of the Association of Reflexology, Vicky upholds professional standards and undergoes continuous development. Beyond her clinic, she is a certified Yoga Teacher (300hrs) in the Jivamukti Method, teaching locally in Hauxton and Cambridge at Camyoga.
In her personal life, Vicky enjoys time with her children, walks with her spaniel, and shares food and conversations with friends and family.
