Vickys interest in reflexology began 20 years ago in London she found it was a treatment that profoundly helped restore balance in her body.  Reflexology helped her find a sense of deep relaxation and remove back & shoulder tension built up from a busy career in recruitment. She also found it was most effective during pregnancy and postnatally.

She studied at the London School of Reflexology taught by one of the industry’s leading experts Louise Keet qualifying with a Level 3 Diploma and she takes regular further advanced training all over the UK.  She qualified in facial reflexology with the pioneer of facial reflexology Ziggie Bergman and is a Maternity Reflexology practitioner having been taught by leading Maternity Reflexology expert Sally Earlam

Vicky is committed to delivering treatments that focus on deep relaxation & stress relief and has qualified  in Indian Head Massage & Full Body Massage.  Her training in Indian Head Massage was delivered by Lesley Hart (Author of the Essential Guide to Indian Head Massage) at the London School of Indian Head Champissage established by Narendra Mehta who bought Indian Head Massage to the UK in the 1970s.  She is a qualified fully body masseuse and specialises in a deep back massage to remove tension from the neck, shoulders and back.

Vicky specialises in treating teenagers as she has have extensive experience working with teens & young adults.  She works as a volunteer advising several local schools on Reflexology & is committed to helping to reduce stress & anxiety in young people.

Her continuous professional development is supported by being a member of the Association of Reflexology which ensures high professional standards and further skills are developed.

Outside of her Reflexology Clinic Vicky is a passionate yoga enthusiast having practiced yoga for over 20 years.  She is a firm believer in the great benefit yoga bestows from its wonderfully powerful effects to mind, body and spirit.   She is a qualified Yoga Teacher (300hrs)  in the Jivamukti Method  which is a beautiful integrated method combining spiritual teachings, robust asana practice, pranayama and meditation.   She teaches locally in Hauxton and in Cambridge at Camyoga.

In her home life Vicky enjoys spending time with her children when they are home from university. She loves to walk her spaniel and meet with friends and family.  She loves to cook and share food and conversation with others.
