Cancelations

We have a 24hour cancellation policy, if you need to cancel within 24hours of your appointment and we are unable to either, fill your treatment time from our waiting list, or move you into another time slot the same week, the full treatment fee is payable.

If you wish to cancel with more than 24hours notice you can follow the cancelation link on your confirmation email, or alternatively email/call the clinic.

2b Dolphin Way, Stapleford, CB22 5DW: Parking is available on site at the Jade Pathway Clinic, the No.7 bus stops on London Road in Stapleford just 3 minutes walk from the clinic, and Shelford train station is a 10 minute walk.

I started acupuncture with Adam in June - booked at 3am out of desperation because of crippling hay fever that... fexofenadine and steroid nasal drops were no longer helping! I immediately noticed a difference and was able to completely stop taking all hay fever medication, meaning that the rest of the season was medication-free. I honestly cannot believe the difference it made and can't wait to see what next year's hay fever season is like.As an extra bonus, Adam has totally turned around my PCOS symptoms. At the first appointment, I was on day 48 of my cycle and my period started a few hours after seeing Adam. My previous cycle had been 58 days so I hadn't expected anything for a while. Since then, it has been regulated and is down to a 30-day cycle, which is incredible given how stretched out they had been prior to seeing him. My other symptoms have also become less extreme and I'm excited to see how that continues as we continue treatment.Adam is always lovely to talk to, knowledgeable, professional and listens to all the symptoms and difficulties you're having to decide on the treatment. All the questions he asks are relevant and he often has further insight and advice on managing conditions beyond acupuncture. He takes thorough notes and remembers everything you've discussed, joining it together to gain a holistic understanding of your health.The clinic itself is clean, bright and has air con and heating so is never an uncomfortable temperature. I visited Adam as I was suffering severe low back pains, and after a short assessment he quickly got to work on... acupuncture and cupping techniques. All I can see is that when I arrived I couldn’t put my own shoes on as my back was so tight but when I left I could hardly feel the pain.
