Sports/remedial massage involves the rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments. Various massage techniques are employed to manipulate the tissues to provide relief from various problems including:
- Repetitive strain injuries (RSI’s)
- Sprains
- Tension
- Fatigue
Massage can also assist in the prevention of injury and aid relaxation and each massage is tailored to specific, individual needs.
