You may not realise it right now but you already have plenty of strengths and skills that have helped you through some of life’s challenges and therapy will continue to build on these, enabling you to make further changes.

Susan is a Qualified and Accredited Therapist registered with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She has many years of experience working within mental health, has a gentle, caring approach, and can offer you private, face to face, cognitive behavioural therapy sessions.
